Tripping or Falling Down

General Sickness
These Japanese emoticons are sick but it’s just a general kind of sickness, nothing special. It could be a cough, a light fever, or maybe they are feeling a bit dizzy. Nonetheless, they aren’t happy and they are suffering from it. Blushing cheeks with ๑ are great for showing a fever.
