This is a category of Japanese emoticons that is completely unique to this site. Random Japanese emoticons are simply randomly generated Japanese emoticons. A lot of randomly generated emoticons look dumb but sometimes you get some really awesome looking ones like these. Take a look and see what goodies you can find.

Running with One Arm Up and One Arm Down
These dongers are running and the way they are made shows that they are they are in mid stride: one of their arms is up while the other one is down. They often have puffs of air behind them, which is made with ε=. This makes it look as if they are going so fast that they are leaving a dust trail behind them (or else propelled forward by a fart?!).

Running with Arms Out Going for a Hug
These emojis are chasing something with their arms out as if they trying to give it a hug. These arms are made using っ or ⊃ and you can see that they are running because of the trail being left behind them. Make the trail as long or as short as you want by changing the number of characters. Go ahead and add in another emoticon to show what they are running towards to hug.

Running with Arms Up for No Particular Reason
These facemarks are running and they have one arm up or both arms up. They are either crazy or they are celebrating something, like winning a race. It doesn’t really matter why, though, because you can use them to fit any story that you like. If these emotes feel like they can express how you are feeling, then choose your favourite.

Running Away in Fear
These kaomojis are running away in terror because they’re scared of something. Putting an animal kaomoji like a bear behind them might be cute and help to build a comprehensive scene. Notice these kaomojis always have scared expressions so that it is clear they are running away in fear. Check out the scared emoticon category to get more ideas for scared faces.

Lines of Speed
These text faces are running so fast there are lines around them to indicate their speed. These lines sort of blur into the other characters used to make up the text faces. This makes it look like they are running at super high speeds. =͟͟͞͞=͟͟͞͞ are the characters combined to make these lines of speed.

Running with Lines Behind
These emotes have lines behind them to indicate the path they just ran and the speed at which they ran it. Yeah, they are pretty much just another style of emoticon running with lines. It is clear whether they are coming from the left or the right based on the side of the body that the lines are put on. You can also add all kinds of different arm positions.

Running Because of Reasons
These kaomojis are running for various reasons. Some are running away from bombs, one’s running away from a dog, one’s running in a hurdle race. Some are even chasing money. My favourite one is the chasing after the balloon it accidentally let go. Hopefully it can catch it!

Hedgehogs
These are hedgehog emojis that are running. These running emoticons are made in a Sonic the Hedgehog style. Just as you will see in the other animal category, ੯ makes the perfect nose for a hedgehog. It makes it look like it is moving towards the left, so the dust trails being left behind a running hedgehog need to go on the right.

These are running bear kaomojis. Not much else to say about them. I like the one that’s running to answer the phone. These running bears would also be perfect to use as if they are chasing a scared, running emote, like the ones found earlier in this category.

In a Blur
These dongers are running away so fast they’ve left a blur and you can see residual images of them. These emotes are running at super sonic speeds! You want to show the emoticon’s face appear at several locations between lines of speed in order to achieve this awesome effect. Wow, that’s fast!

Running Back and Forth
These emotes are running back and forth. Perhaps they’re really busy and trying to get everything done asap. They might just be going a little crazy or even playing a sport and dodging someone on the opposite team. Whatever the reason, they are moving every which way and very quickly.

Running with Large Clouds of Dust Behind
These emojis use ε=’s behind them to make clouds of dust as they run away. You can simply add more of these clouds of dust to show how far these emotes have been sprinting. Honestly, it also looks a bit like a fart to me. Either way, it is a great way to show movement in a running emoticon.

Running with Small Clouds of Dust Behind
These text faces, on the other hand, I guess aren’t running as fast because they have little clouds of dust behind them made with the characters ⁼³₌₃. They could be out for a jog or a trot. Either that or these emotes are just smaller in general and the clouds of dust match the size of their little feet. As long as it still looks like they are running then I am happy to put them in this category.

Vertical Tears
These sad dongers started crying your standard sort of vertical, falling straight down kind of tears. There is usually only a single tear that is dropping from of the sad emoticon’s eyes. These are good emoticons to use if you want to express a sadness that is not too powerful or dramatic, but is still sad enough to call upon some tears. Characters like ; or ˘̩ are good choices for this style of sad textface.

Flying Tears
These emojis are so sad they’re sobbing really hard and tears are flying everywhere. They have absolutely lost control of themselves to sadness. The tears look best when they start up high and fall down to the ground. If you are having a hard time seeing some of the characters, be sure to give Safari a try because it has the best chances of displaying emoticons properly.

A Single Tear
These are just some sad emojis that are crying a single tear. Sometimes, a single tear can be more powerful and meaningful than the drama of tears that just don’t have an end. Or maybe these emotes are just crying over something really innocent, like a sunset or the fact they have no more chocolate to snack on. I’ve been there, I get it.

Rather than crying, they are more so pouting and giving sad little “sniff sniff” sounds. I’m sure these emotes could use a good friend.

Complex
These dongers are sad but also use a bunch of complex characters and are a bit more complicated than regular sad Japanese emoticons. As usual, not all browsers and devices display complex emoticons properly. I have found that Safari is most likely to display emotes, so give that browser a try if you need to. I hope you can get these emotes to work because the complex ones are always some of the best.

Two People
Sometimes two kaomoji emoticons can be sad together. Whether one kaomoji is being empathetic to a friend’s sadness, or if a friend is cheering up the other, it always helps to pass through sadness with a friend close by. Use one of these emoticons if you want to help cheer up a friend or if you n eed some cheering up yourself. You can also use it if you are being really sappy with someone and you are both crying.

Words
These are sad text faces that also include fancy looking words along with them. The words are things like “miss you,” which is a feeling that often makes people cry. The letters are fancier than regular English text. This is so that it comes off as a little more interesting and so it carries more emotion.

Crazy and or Broken
These Japanese emoticons are pretty crazy. They have characters that drop down over several lines of text. However these kaomojis can look horribly broken in certain browsers. The best browser I’ve found to view them in is Safari. If you use Chrome or Firefox these emoticons might look really messed up.Use these with caution. They do look great if they display correctly though.(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`) | (-̩̩-̩̩͡_-̩̩-̩̩͡) | (-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩___-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩-̩̩̩) |

ω Mouths
The only way to really sort these text faces was to separate them into groups based on what kind of character they use for a mouth. This first group uses a ω character for their mouths. They are all saluting using characters like ゞ, which is great because the little lines add movement to the gesture. Sir, yes sir!

ε Mouths
This next group of saluting emojis all use a ε character for their mouth to make puckered lips. They look pretty silly while giving a salutation, as if they are not totally serious. Use these if you are making a joke or poking fun at something. You definitely don’t want to send these saluting emoticons to a drill sargeant.

∀ Mouths
These dongers all use a ∀ character for their mouth. The saluting arms are the same as all the other dongers in this category, but this particular mouth makes them look far happier about the cause they are saluting. It is something they are really enthusiastic about. Add in some happy eyes like ^ to play up the feeling of joy with these saluting emotes.

Sharp Triangle Mouths
These saluting emotes all use a triangle or pointy character for their mouth. These are definitely the happiest looking dongers. They look especially ecstatic about saluting if you use closed eyes like > and <. Some of them are even blushing!

Д Mouths
These kaomojis all use a Д character for their mouth while they salute. Some of these look a little more serious, as if they are saluting a sergeant. Others look angry and even dumbfounded. Point is, they all use the same mouth and they are saluting.

Flat Mouths
These saluting facemarks all use a flat or dash like character for their mouths. Play around with the eyes to achieve different emotional expressions with these flat mouths. Remember to include the saluting arm, though, because that is the important part. Consider adding in another emoticon as the one who is being saluted.

Who knew there were so many saluting emojis? These ones all have a diamond character for a mouth. They seem to just have their mouths wide open while they salute something. They look pretty silly.

Square Mouths
These saluting text faces all use a square character for their mouths. This mouth is interesting because it can convey so many different emotions depending on how you approach it. I mean, they can look really sad, really dumb, surprised, or even happy. Just change your perspective to play around with it. If you want it to look a certain way, you can always use the eyes to clarify the emotion you wish to express.

X Mouths
These are kind of rabbit like facemarks that are saluting and have an x for a mouth. Check out the rabbit category to learn how you can add some rabbit ears to these saluting rabbits. Otherwise, they can be seen as regular facemarks that have their mouth shut as if they are not allowed to speak. They are also being respectful by saluting.

Saluting Bears
Bears can salute too, so here are some of them now. They all have adorable snouts and they use the same saluting hands as all the other Japanese emoticons in this category. Check out the bear category for more ideas on how to make bears. All you have to do is add one of the saluting characters to turn any bear into a saluting bear.
