This is a category of kaomojis that are hurt in various ways. They might be hurt physically or maybe they’ve been hurt emotionally. Some of them are sick which is kind of a sort of hurt. There weren’t really enough sick emoticons to justify their own category so I’m including them here with the hurt ones. A few of these emoticons have even fallen over in pain. Those poor little Japanese emoticons…
To make hurt Japanese emoticons all you really need to do is add stars to angry or sad looking emoticons. If you can make it look like the emoticon is lying on the ground then that’s even better.
General Pain and Injuries

Inflicting Pain on Others
Here we have some jerk emojis that are hurting others. This definitely isn’t nice and I wonder what allowed these emotes to get so upset. Usually the emoticon that is hurting another has an angry expression and an arm made with \ is used as the whacking arm. The one that is being hit is the one you want to show is in pain.
