CrazyGo crazy? Don’t mind if I do! If you have permission to go crazy or even if you don’t, then these are the kaomojis you want to use! This page features crazy looking Japanese emoticons. There are pretty much just any emoticon where they eyes are facing different directions or the emoticon is waving it’s arms around and freaking out. I managed to amass enough of these to justify having their own category.
Flailing ArmsThese kaomojis are flailing their arms about with craziness, as is standard practice for any crazy person. Right? There are so many different arms to achieve this flailing arm look (which looks so good on you, by the way). You can use characters like ヾ, ﾉﾞ,ヘ, \, / , or even grabby arms like ლ. Naturally, you will want to include those crazy eyes, which you can find more of in the next section.

Crazy EyesThese emoji have various forms of crazy eyes. The crazy eyes really are a key element of making crazy emoticons. They are usually wide open eyes and more often than not, they are different sizes or just two altogether contrasting characters. Take a peek below and find the most crazed out eyes in the list!

Small EyesThese crazy dongers have smaller eyes, but that doesn’t mean their craziness is any less out of control. Sometimes, it is the small dongers that look the most crazy. I mean, what about this guy? (。ヘ°) He could be on his head or on his feet, or bouncing all around, but his head sure is jumbled up!
|`(๑ △ ๑)`*||(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)||(*°∀°)|
Miscellaneous CrazinessThe rest of the crazy text faces don’t belong in any other section. They are just doing their own thing, flopping about in their craziness. These crazy emotes really can’t be contained. It even looks like one is doing a back-bridge. Who knows why.. We don’t question crazy dongers. We just let them do their thing.

DancingThese kaomojis are getting their dance on! Some are grooving to the music, some are raising the roof and some may even be gyrating… If you’d like to show off your sweet, sweet dance moves in the middle of some kind of post or text and you can’t because you’re a human in the real world then go ahead and use one of these dancing emoticons instead. For dancing Japanese emoticons you basically just take happy looking ones and add 〜, ノ or ヘ for arms. You can do two emoticons at once with the arms facing different ways to make it seem like the emoticon is dancing in both directions. Adding ” beside the arms makes it seem like it’s shaking too.
Dancing to the Right with Arms Up
These text faces are dancing with their arms up while facing to the right. Dance steps have to take an emoji somewhere, so it may as well be to the right. They are absolutely hilarious with some of their expressions. They can look really smug while dancing, or even surprised. Do you know what your face looks like when you dance? Probably not, but try anyways to pick a dancing emoticon that looks the most like you!
|(｢`･ω･)｢||ヾ( ͝° ͜ʖ͡°)ノ♪||(ﾉ´∀｀)ﾉ|
Dancing to the Left with Arms Up
On the other hand, these emotes are dancing with their arms up and towards the left. After stepping right it is only natural to step left! These emotes have so many funky dance moves, just check out all the different arm movements they are making! Try combining a dancing emoticon facing right with a dancing emoticon facing right. It will look like two emojis are dancing together.
|乁( ˙ ω˙乁)||˺⁽ˆ⁰ˆ˺ ⁾˺||ﾍ(´∀｀ﾍ)|
Dancing Forwards with Arms Up
Tired of facing to the side, these kaomojis started dancing whie facing forwards. Also, their arms are still up because isn’t dancing all about the arms anyway? Err, maybe not.. Anyway, have fun with different facial expressions to show how your emote is feeling the music.

Dancing to the Right with Arms to the Side or Down
These emojis have a little bit less energy so while they’re dancing to the right, their arms are down or only to the side. They could also have their arms this way because they have to focus so hard on their feet so they don’t step on a partner’s toes! But where is their partner? Add in another emoticon!
Dancing to the Left with Arms to the Side or Down
These facemarks flipped to the other side and are now dancing to the left now. Their arms are only about waist height or down along their side. Their arms could be down because they are getting groovey in their shoulders. Arms can be made with ~, 。, Φ, or the English letter o.
|˄̙ ̊₍₍◟(⁰^⁰∗)⌟˄̙ ̊||o(ﾟｰﾟ*o)||８（＾－＾゛８）|
Dancing Forwards with Arms to the Side or Down
These dancing dongers are now facing forward but they haven’t raised their hands too high while they dance. Some of them don’t seem to have arms at all. They don’t need arms anyway because dancing doesnt need arms. It’s all about the rhythm!

One Arm Up and One Arm Down
These dancing emoticons simply have one arm up and one arm down. Nothing too fancy over here. It kind of looks like they are doing that classic ‘Grease Lightening’ dance move. You can alternative sides for which arm is up and which arm is down.

Multiple Kaomojis Dancing
Here we have several kaomojis all dancing together. This is one crazy dance party! Dancing is always better with friends, anyway. Add several dancing emoticons and throw in some music notes (♪ or ♫) to set those party vibes.

DeadThese poor kaomojis are dead. I’m not sure how they died but maybe it was from what some of the scared emoticons were scared of. Maybe some of those violent kaomojis killed them. Who knows but unfortunately for them they’re dead. You can easily make dead Japanese emoticons by just using x’s, +’s or *’s for eyes. Keeping the mouth low down with a _ makes it seem like the face is lying down on the ground. You’ll also find some ghosts here because ghosts are dead.
The most common form of dead emoji simply have Xs for their eyes. You will probably recognize this classic dead emoji, but you can still make it unique by experimenting with all the cool mouth options. For instance, if you use ω for the mouth, the dead emoticon somehow ends up being cute! On the other hand, you can try д or ㅂ to get that gaping mouth look.

Another pretty common style of dead kaomojis are the ones that use +’s for the eyes. This creates a similar look as the X eyes, but it still has its own feel. For these eyes, you can either use a plus sign (+) or the ＋ character. The latter is bigger than a plus sign and it stretches out the emoticon’s face so that it appears bigger.

There are actually quite a few creative looking ghost text faces. I’m pretty impressed with some of these. They often have phantom hands, as if these ghosts were haunting someone in a really eerie way. These ghost hands can be made with the English letter m. There are angry ghosts, eerie ghosts, winking ghosts, and even ghosts that have adorable faces :3. Consider adding in the word “boo!” beside your ghost or even another emoticon running away in fear! Check out the scared category to find the perfect text face to combine with a ghost.

FuneralsYou can show an emote is attending a funeral by putting a sad kaomoji by either a Western grave ⎧ᴿᴵᴾ⎫ or an Eastern style one †┏┛呪┗┓†. To add something more sentimental, add in a flower ❀ as an offering to the one that has passed away. If you want to go for a more haunting scene, add in some lingering ghosts!
|⎧ᴿᴵᴾ⎫◟◟◟◟◟◟◟◟ ❀◟(ó ̯ ò, )|
These are a few other miscellaneous dead dongers that did not belong in any other category. They all use a variety of different eyes, such as Ω, ヘ, ≖, *, and the English letter u. Can you think of a way to elaborate on these emoticons? If you have gone through the entire dead emoji section, you will know how to add graves, ghosts, as well as get inspiration from other dead emoticons so that you can make these miscellaneous dongers look more fancy.
DogsThese kaomoji dogs are pretty cute. There’s all kinds of dogs here including Jake from Adventure Time! The main thing about Japanese dog emoticons are the ears. These are what will make the emotes look like dogs instead of cats. Use a U for big floppy ears, u for little ears or even V’s for ears as well. You can also use ∵ on either side of the mouth to make it look more dog like. ᴥ is perfect for a cute little doggy nose and ૮ and ა make very dog-like ears as well.
Stylized or Just Plain Awesome DogsSome of these dog emojis look much better than the rest of the emotes in the dog category. Otherwise, they have their own unique style or they are somewhat famous. Jake from Adventure Time is in this mix, are you able to find him? The ੯ੁૂ‧̀͡u emoticon is really unique because of the profile view it has of the dog’s face. These two are definitely my favourite.
Dogs with Pointy Ears
These kaomoji dogs use English letter V’s or ^’s to make pointy ears. If you are not careful, these emotes can end up looking like cat emoticons, which can also use ^’s for cat ears. To make it clear these emotes are dogs, you can add snouts using ( brackets ), or use the classic dog mouth with the character ᴥ .
Big Floppy EarsThese emoji dogs have big floppy ears, which is a classic, snuggly puppy look! These definitely have to be hounds! The big floppy ears are usually made with a capital U. Only some of these dogs have heads made using ( brackets ), and if they do, be sure to put the floppy ears inside the head rather than on the outside.

These are bigger-sized emoticons and look (to me at least) like bulldogs. Their faces are not only big, but when the eyes are made using ￣, it looks like there are rolls of skin on the dog’s face. This is typical for bulldogs and really, without this effect you will really lose out on the bulldog look. Check out the cute wagging tale made with ヾ! These are happy bulldogs!
Triangle EarsHere are a bunch of dongers that use triangles to make pointy dog ears. There is no need to outline a head for these dongers, just go ahead and sandwich the face with the ears. You can tell these dogs are relaxed and just going about their business. If it were otherwise, their ears would be pointing up as if they were engaged and listening intently to something.
૮( ꒦ິ࿄꒦ີ)ა Style DogsI’m not quite sure what the deal is with these type of dog text faces but they all look similar and have the same ૮( and )ა on the sides of their head. This could very well be their eas or, in some cases, be their arms. I’m not entirely sure why some of these dogs look like they are crying, but I guess dogs have bad days, too.

ᴥ Style DogsThe character ᴥ makes a fantastic looking dog nose and mouth. These emotes all use this character and as a result they all look exactly like dogs. Despite having the same mouth, these emoticons still manage to look very different from one another. Some have arms, some don’t even have heads, and others use very expressive eyes. These are all ways to make a dog emoticon stand out, even if they all use the same character for a mouth.

Dogs are social creatures so here are some facemarks that are all interacting with either people or even a cat. You could substitute the humans and the cat for other dogs if you wanted to show two dogs playing together. All the dog walking emoticons are located here.

Sideways DogsMost of the time Japanese emoticons are from the front of the face but these dog emotes are all from the side. ┬┬ is a great way to show the body and legs, and using either ⊆ or ⊂ is perfect for a profile view of a snout. Using a sideways dog is also the only way to make a weenier dog because you can show it has an elongated body.

These are some other random dog facemarks that didn’t really fit into the other categories. They are too awesome to be left out, though, so here they are in the miscellaneous section! ComplexThese are the most complex of all the dog kaomojis. As a result, some of the characters might not display correctly in every browser. I have found that Safari is the best choice if you are finding these complex dog emoticons are not showing up properly for you. Hopefully you can get these complex dogs to work for you because they are really expressive, especially the dog crying a long stream of tears.
