Mice and or Rats
Some of these mice emotes are their faces and others are really obvious side depictions of the mouse. Some of these are very similar to the toast-like bear emoticons. Maybe add in a cat emoticon. If you do, you can use the side view mice and make it look like they are running away.

Cows, Bison, Oxes or Maybe Wildebeests
These Japanese emoticons strike me as being cows or bison or something like that. The secret is using this character: ൠ. Something about that gives these emojis a very distinct look. ६ൠ͠३ is one of my all time favourites.
